You will be in a safe space in which no topic is off limits. Whether you’re grieving a loss, angry at your partner, or are just going through something hard — this is for you.

When you’ve been carrying something for a long time and you’re finally ready to set it down for good. This 3-hour immersive session is for the woman who needs a full reset: body, mind, and heart.
Think of it as a personal outdoor retreat. We’ll move through the Botanic Gardens at your pace — walking, resting, talking, and being in nature. We’ll incorporate some mindfulness practices and allow you to speak openly. After the session, we’ll leave your secrets behind in the garden to absorb in the soil, leaving you the space needed to grow and flourish.
