From One Resilient Woman to Another
Peer Support for Sexual Assault Survivors
Fort Worth, Texas
Some things are too heavy to keep carrying alone. Put them down here.
This is your space, your time, and your release — free of masking, clinical diagnosis, and judgement. It’s just you, fresh air, and a compassionate person who is fully present to hold space for whatever you need to say.
These sessions are made to be whatever you need it to be. It’s your permission to vent, cry, think out loud, ask for advice, or simply sit in the quiet company of someone that genuinely cares. You’re free to feel your feelings and verbalize your thoughts without having to manage someone else’s emotions in the process.
Peer Support Sessions
This isn’t therapy, it’s a supportive space with another resilient woman.
Sometimes you just need to have an unfiltered, vulnerable conversation with someone that will meet you wherever you’re at with empathy and understanding.
Our outdoor or indoor peer support sessions are held in a peaceful setting in Fort Worth, TX. You walk, sit, breathe, and talk (or not). This is a space where you are free to process and release your emotions with the gentle support of another’s presence.
If you want advice, we’ll offer it thoughtfully and without pressure. If you simply need to be heard and validated, that’s exactly what we’ll do. Every session includes access to our curated resource library so you can keep the momentum going on your own terms.
This session is for you if:
You’re overwhelmed & need to release what you’ve been holding
You’re going through something hard & need to talk it through
You’ve been the “strong one” for too long & need someone to hold space for you
You want support that’s warm, real, & not clinical.
You simply need to be heard without being fixed.
Every session includes:
A peaceful (outdoor or indoor) setting in Fort Worth, TX
Unfiltered space to say whatever is on your mind or heart
