Trauma-Informed
Support & Community
for Millennial Women
Fort Worth, Texas
You’ve been strong
for everyone else.
Now it’s your turn to be seen, heard, and supported.
What if there was a safe space for you to receive the emotional support you need to navigate a difficult moment or season without having to manage someone else’s emotions? What if you could attend intimate curated events with like-minded women looking for their people?
Welcome to Resilient Women Co. Compassionate, trauma-informed peer support and community for women 30 - 45 years old in their healing era and looking for their village.
What We Believe
You are not broken.
Trauma is a response to things that happened to you — not a reflection of who you are or who you’re capable of becoming.
Healing is not linear.
Some days you’ll feel like you’re on top of the mountain. Others, you’ll feel like you’ve hit rock bottom. Both are part of the journey & both are welcome here.
You need a village.
You are meant to live in community with others. With a strong support system, you’ll be ready for whatever life throws at you.
You deserve to thrive.
Not just cope or survive. You are worthy of real, embodied joy in your sense of self, relationships, and everyday life.
Meredith Wilson
As someone that has experienced many life-altering events, Meredith knows first-hand what it’s like to live life in survival mode, overcome the impossible, and thrive. She has found her calling in supporting others by holding space and being a light in their darkness.
Whether it is one difficult moment in your life or a series of events that uprooted your world, Meredith will listen, validate, and support with unwavering empathy and compassion. Her goal is to provide you with immediate emotional support, education and referrals to explore your options, and the confidence needed to take your next step.
Topics We Hold Space For
Identity and/or big life changes
Divorce, separation, & the emotional chaos of starting over
High-conflict co-parenting, family issues, & relationships
Motherhood — the exhaustion, the guilt, & the love
Sexual trauma and survivor experiences
Neurospicy tendencies
Chronic illnesses, physical or mental
Perimenopause, hormone shifts, & aging
Whatever is taking up space in your mind or heart.
You have survived every hard thing that has ever come your way. This is just the next one and you don’t have to do it alone.
Individual Support
Emotional Support Sessions
Do you have a secret or something personal you need to share but don’t know who to talk to about it? A past trauma or current issue that you need to say out loud. Maybe you caught your husband cheating, want a divorce, and aren’t sure where to even start. Whatever it is, you can tell Meredith.
We’ll meet somewhere beautiful and unhurried, like the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens or a quiet indoor space, depending on weather.
You can come with something specific you need to talk through, say the things you can’t say anywhere else, or simply to be with someone who gets it — without having to explain the whole backstory or manage their reaction to it.
This is not therapy. It’s peer support from a resilient woman who has been through hard things and has found purpose in showing up fully for other women who are in the middle of theirs.
“To be home is to be known.
It is to be loved for who you are.
It is to share a sense of common ground, common interests, pursuits, and values with other's that truly care about you.”
— Dr. Vivek H. Murthy, 19th Surgeon General of the United States
Build Your Village
Community & Events for Millennial Women
Humans are innately social and aren’t meant to navigate life on their own. That said, where on earth do even make friends as adults?
Loneliness is one of the most common and damaging things that happens to women in their 30s and beyond, especially in difficult chapters or busy seasons. We often disappear into our circumstances, stop reaching out as to not burden others, and smile through it all in public while struggling in private.
The community and events at Resilient Women Co. exists to interrupt that pattern. It’s a safe place to come exactly as you are, free from judgement, performance/masking, and expectations. All you have to do is show up and you’ll be in good company with like-minded women ages 30 - 45 who genuinely get it.
-
This is your permission to pause, breathe, and exist without a to-do list.
These events are low pressure, sensory-friendly experiences designed purely for restoration.
There is no right way to show up. The only expectation is that you give yourself permission to be here, guilt-free.
-
It’s hard to make (and keep) friends as an adult. That’s why we created the Resilient Women Social Co.
